Originally a Jersey girl, Elena graduated with honors from Rider University with a BA in Sociology. Her dedication to the Briarcliff Manor community began when she moved to the area with her two sons 9 years ago. Elena is also well-versed in relocation having lived (and moved!) in Hong Kong for 8 years, Singapore and Germany for 2 years.

Since living in Briarcliff Manor Elena obtained her certification as a landscape designer from the New York Botanical Gardens School of Professional Horticulture and founded her business Gardens By Elena LLC 5 years ago. Since that launch, Elena and her crew have been beautifying gardens, landscapes and staging homes' exteriors for sale in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, earning her the title of "The Queen of Curb Appeal".
